Caprese Trading
Aptly named after Italy's most famous dish, 'Insalata Caprese' (the Caprese Salad), Caprese Trading has teamed up with Buffalo Ridge Farm, and have acquired sole distribution rights for Buffalo Ridge Produce, in the KwaZulu Natal Region.
We are able to deliver fresh, authentic (made in the traditional way) and locally produced Mozzarella di Bufala to your door on a weekly basis. Having recognised the in-availability of this product, we are now able to consistently supply restaurants, delis, and caterers and select retail outlets.
